Public Coast Farm Greenhouse
Our 5,000 foot greenhouse is chef-driven: part restaurant supplier, part kitchen test-lab. This allows us to experiment with a rotating variety of typically seasonal specialty crops and cultivate them year round, including tomatoes, green beans, peppers sweet and hot, zucchini and squash blossoms, tiger melons, lemon cucumbers, microgreens, herbs and carrots. The greenhouse is powered 100% through solar panels and features state of the art heating, ventilation and lighting systems.
