“For decades, our family dreamed of opening a brewery in our magical hometown of Cannon Beach, Oregon. We wanted the place to feel laid back and welcoming, like it was made for the people. No pretension, just hard work, creativity, good times and great tasting beer.”
And so it came to be, that in June 2016 our dream came to life when we opened our 10 barrel brewery and pub, Public Coast Brewing Co. Ten years later, as we were reflecting on where we’re headed, it felt like the perfect excuse to create both fresh pours and a fresh look. You’ll see us expanding our award-winning beers and experimenting with delicious, unexpected NA options. Along with this, we hope you’ll get a kick out of our refreshed Public Coast brand. We like to think of it as the same great beer, but even better looking.
Our new cans nod to the creativity, quality and spirit of adventure that drives everything we do. Above all, they’re Inspired by the untamed beauty of our coast, its wild creatures, open spaces and of course, the epic Haystack Rock. A place that’s forever free, belonging to the people of Oregon and all who come to frolic.
Here’s to ten years of great beer, great company and fresh possibilities ahead. We can’t wait to celebrate with you.
And mark your calendar for July 25—our biggest party of the year. Blueberry Jams is our unofficial 10th birthday bash-meets-summer music celebration at Public Coast Farm. Four live bands, tasty food, cold Public Coast pours on tap, U-pick blueberries, lawn games and family-friendly fun. It’s everything we love about summer, community and craft beer; rolled into one unforgettable summer day of fun at the farm.
